Data and AI technology, healthcare, and leadership
I lead data infrastructure and architecture teams in healthcare, covering data warehousing, data modernization, and AI support and compliance. I (try to) write about systems thinking, practical AI, and leading complex change.
I help healthcare and technology leaders make sense of complex technology change: teams adopting AI, organizations modernizing their systems, and leaders who need a clear plan they can act on.
What I do
I give advice, run workshops, and speak at events. The work is practical: naming the real problem, choosing a sensible path, and getting a team moving on it.
The rest of this site is where I think out loud. The writing covers systems leadership and hands-on experiments with AI, and the project pages show what I’ve built along the way, including the parts that didn’t go to plan.
